Most people do not stop cheating when caught, they will find a less risky way of cheating so they do not get caught again instead. I learned it the hard way. I feel the need to go through you again and again and I feel insecure, asking myself what I did wrong. I will start hating myself over my partner's inability to be loyal. Even when I don't find anything. I will still feel the need to dig through etc every once in a while. it’s unhealthy.
